- Instant replayReplay the last ten seconds in slow motion and save highlight clips.
The numbers
A broadcast crew costs a day's budget. Your phones cost minutes.
Hiring a multi-camera crew means paying for operators, cameras, a vision mixer, a streaming setup and travel, for the whole day. With ICCA Live you pay only for the minutes you are live. Move the sliders to see your event.
Hiring a crew
With ICCA Live
Crew figures are typical day rates for a small multi-camera live crew in India and vary by city and vendor; a crew is booked per day of up to 8 hours. ICCA Live figures use today's standard prices and assume the phones are already at the event. Phone data or venue Wi-Fi is extra.
Everything included
Everything a broadcast truck does. None of the truck.
Cameras, mixing, graphics, replays, commentary and streaming to every platform, in one app and one bill.
- Up to 10 phone cameras per event
- Any Android phone or iPhone becomes a camera. Volunteers scan a QR code, with no account needed. Video holds up on 4G with as little as 1.5 Mbps upload.
- Mixed in the cloud
- No laptop or strong venue internet. Prefer your own laptop? That works too.
- Every platform at once
- YouTube, your Facebook Page and Instagram together. Instagram gets its own vertical version.
- Replays and clips
- Slow-motion replays on air, highlight clips in 16:9 and 9:16 ready to post.
- Commentary from anywhere
- A commentator talks over the show from their own phone. Event sound dips under their voice.
- One chat for every viewer
- YouTube comments, Facebook comments and your watch-page chat in one list. Put a viewer's question on screen for the commentator to answer.
- Your own watch page
- Live video, leaderboard, chat and clips on one shareable page. Embed it on your website.
- Never dead air
- If the camera on air drops, a "back soon" screen covers it automatically.
- Pay per live minute
- No subscription, no hardware. The app warns you before credits run out.

Questions
What organisers ask us.
What kinds of events can I stream?
Anything with people and phones: tournaments and league matches, weddings and family functions, concerts and fests, conferences and launches, religious events, school and college events. If you can film it on a phone, you can broadcast it.
Do I need special cameras or equipment?
No. Any recent Android phone or iPhone works as a camera. A tripod or clamp helps keep the shot steady. The director needs one phone or tablet.
What internet do the cameras need?
About 2.5 Mbps upload per camera at 720p on 4G, or 1.5 Mbps on a weak signal. With cloud mixing nothing else at the venue needs a connection.
Do viewers need to install anything?
No. They watch on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram or your watch page in any browser.
Is it really live?
The director sees the cameras with under a second of delay. Viewers on YouTube and Facebook are usually 10 to 30 seconds behind, which is normal for those platforms.
Does the video go on my own YouTube channel?
Yes. You connect your channel once and every broadcast appears there, so the views, subscribers and recording are yours.
What happens if my credits run out mid-show?
The director is warned at 10 minutes and again at 2 minutes left. If credits reach zero the show keeps going for a few grace minutes so you can top up, then it ends cleanly.
Who owns the footage?
You do. We process it only to run your broadcast. Camera recordings kept for replays are deleted automatically after 3 days; highlight clips you save stay until you delete them. See the privacy policy.
